We use only certified organic seed and filtered water for growing our sprouts. Unlike commercial sprout growers, we do not grow our sprouts in the packages they are sold in. Our sprouts are grown in our airy, light, clean certified kitchen which minimizes the risk of bacteria growth. Because our sprouts are grown locally and timed for the farmer's markets, they do not spend a lot of time in packaging, what to speak of time in transit, and are therefore the freshest possible, often lasting two weeks when kept under refridgeration.
